Harriet leads the Within PR team with her business partner and co-founder Will Hambling. An enthusiastic and versatile PR consultant with over 15 year’s experience, Harriet has an academic background in law and humanities.

She has broad experience of developing and delivering award winning B2B and B2C PR initiatives across a variety of sectors providing strategic guidance, senior level consultancy, as well as creative and results driven campaigns at a local, regional and national level.

Will has been responsible for undertaking and delivering many demanding briefs, from the successful launch of the Government’s Health Challenge England campaign for then Prime Minister Tony Blair, to a live broadcast of The May Day Climate Change Summit with Prince Charles.

He has worked in the UK, France, The United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong to deliver projects in almost every sector. The nature of much of his work is supporting Government Departments in public and professional engagement to enable policy creation and guidance.

Will Hambling

David began his career in 1993 working on mainly F&B (food and beverages) projects for many high street chain restaurant brands. As a Senior Designer at Cobalt (where he first began working with Will Hambling) he developed concepts which ranged from retail design to restaurants through to exhibition design and motion graphics.

It was here he won three DBA design Effectiveness awards in consecutive years. David now works at Within bringing together all the skills he has learned during his career and continues to deliver high quality solutions to his clients.

David Wood

Tim joined us with a strong background in finance, project management and copywriting and his star has been steadily on the rise ever since. Previously he worked for Schroders Asset Management, K2 Banking and IMOINVEST Berlin.

Tim brings composure to all his projects with thorough pre-event planning and an attention to detail that has him working the longest hours at Within. Tim has spent time in Pakistan and Mozambique working with humanitarian aid organisations. Tim heads up Within Need - our pro bono work for good causes.

Tim Florijn

Helen Allies is an Associate Consultant at Within PR and is a consummate PR professional with a proven track record in both the public and private sectors.

She has worked on a range of PR and marketing initiatives, including the development of a marketing and communications plan for Marine South East, involving the development of an apprentice mentoring programme for the industry. Previously, Helen was a media advisor to the Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone.
